K-FORMA is the brainchild of Kika—a fiery, no-nonsense Italian powerhouse and master Pilates and Barre instructor known for her high-energy, dynamic teaching style that leaves no muscle untouched. After years of building a loyal following through in-person Pilates classes, Kika was ready to create something bigger: a bold, empowering fitness brand designed to make people feel strong, sweaty, and unstoppable. 

Her vision was to build a multi-faceted brand that brought her world of movement to life—an online Pilates studio, destination retreats, global events, and a line of high-end Pilates equipment. But it wasn’t just about launching a business. It was about transforming Kika’s personal presence into a brand that could grow, scale, and stand confidently in a crowded market. Our mission was to create something people genuinely wanted to be part of, and to infuse every touchpoint—from strategy to campaigns—with the magnetic energy that makes Kika who she is.

Starting with the online platform, I helped shape its strategic direction—championing consistency, variety, and a seamless user experience. We built the offering around a weekly release of five signature class styles, designed to keep members moving, motivated, and coming back. To drive engagement and attract new sign-ups, I worked with Kika to position the platform’s monthly Challenges as full-blown campaigns: fun, sexy, and unapologetically bold. This approach not only mirrored her teaching style but also helped the brand stand apart from the sameness of the wellness space. I also designed a dedicated landing page, developed a performance-driven Meta ads strategy to grow the platform, and created a suite of email automations to keep members active and engaged.

Beyond the platform, I’ve supported Kika in expanding the brand’s many facets—from luxury retreat launches and international events to building out a consistent visual language across print and digital collateral. Every landing page, campaign, and asset is built to reflect the K-FORMA promise: to empower people to move in a way that feels good, wherever they are in the world.
