ALTA
A slow, sun-soaked take on coastal Italian dining.
ALTA was born in a small town on the southern coast of Italy—where time softens, meals stretch long into the evening, and life revolves around good food, good company, and the rhythm of the sea. Serving understated fare, espresso, and aperitifs designed to share, ALTA captures a feeling as much as a place—intimate, feminine, and quietly indulgent.
The brief was to create a brand identity that felt as effortless and evocative as the experience itself. One that moved away from overly rustic or traditional cues, and instead leaned into softness, simplicity, and a refined, coastal minimalism.
The design system was built to reflect this world. A primary logotype accompanied by two secondary marks creates flexibility across touchpoints, while a restrained palette and refined typography bring a sense of calm and cohesion. Menus, business cards, and brand collateral were designed with a lightness and fluidity—echoing the gentle pace of long lunches, ocean air, and evenings that unfold without urgency.
The result is a brand that feels both elevated and unforced. A visual identity that invites you to slow down, settle in, and stay a while.
